  • English-speaking guides fish just two anglers per boat, delivering personalized instruction, focused attention, and maximum opportunity throughout the day.

Returning guests consistently praise the guides for their professionalism, deep expertise, and uncanny ability to locate fish—especially during peak tarpon and trophy snook seasons.

    • The guides are experienced in fly techniques, including sight-casting to surface-feeding tarpon.

    • The lodge provides the right fly rods, reels for different species and conditions.

    • Fly fishing works well in calm river waters, estuaries, and when fish are visible near the surface.

    Spin Fishing

    • Spin fishing is widely used for both tarpon and snook, offering versatility across offshore and jungle river environments.

    • Anglers can cast spoons, jigs, soft plastics, and lures, depending on the conditions.

    • Guides tailor spin fishing tactics to the species, structure, and seasonal patterns.

    • Spin fishing is ideal for quick action, longer casts, and situations where fly fishing may be less practical.

  • Giant Tarpon — Known as the “Silver King,” this iconic gamefish is abundant in the Rio Parismina River mouth and Caribbean waters, offering world-class action for anglers.

Snook — A premier trophy species, with the Parismina system producing multiple IGFA world-record snook catches.

Jack Crevalle — Powerful and plentiful, found near the river mouth and throughout the estuary waters, providing exciting fights for all anglers.

  • 12 generously sized guest rooms, thoughtfully designed to combine comfort and practicality. Each room features two full‑size beds, perfect for anglers traveling together, couples, or anyone seeking extra space.

Every room now includes air conditioning and complimentary Wi‑Fi, allowing guests to relax and stay connected after a day on the water. Rooms also feature a private en‑suite bathroom with hot water shower, ceiling fan and screened windows for natural ventilation, a walk-in closet and shelving for storing gear and personal items, and an in-room safe for valuables.

  • Primary Seasons

    • Mid‑January to May — During this winter and spring window, river conditions are ideal and waters are clearer, making it one of the best times for tarpon fishing.

    • Mid‑August to November — The fall season offers excellent snook fishing and another strong period for tarpon.

    Peak Periods

    • Mid‑March to Mid‑May — Widely regarded as the peak tarpon season, with outstanding action on the river and nearshore waters.
