A Typical Fishing Day

7:00 a.m. – Start the day with a buffet-style breakfast.8:00 a.m. – Depart for the flats, channels, or reefs for a full morning of fly fishing.

Midday – Enjoy a packed lunch on the water. Skiffs are equipped with cooler boxes stocked with ice, soft drinks, and water.

4:30 p.m. – Return to the lodge to relax after a day on the water.

6:00 p.m. – Pre-dinner drinks and social time.

7:00 p.m. – Sit down to a delicious dinner, sharing stories from the day’s fishing adventures.

Farquhar Lodge is set on a remote, pristine atoll in the Outer Islands of Seychelles, surrounded by crystal-clear flats, tidal channels, and vibrant reefs. The property features three duplex-style chalets with air-conditioned bedrooms overlooking the lagoon, along with the main dining building, which serves as the hub for meals and socializing. Breakfasts are served buffet-style, providing a hearty start before heading out on the flats, and each evening guests enjoy freshly prepared dinners, often featuring local seafood and international dishes.
